A note on Amino Acid Intake:
Before taking any of

individual amino acid be taken at least one hour before
or after eating foods containing protein or taking a
balanced blend of amino acids in supplement form.
In addition, Good 'N Natural recommends that the intake
of individual amino acids be for short term or
occasional use only. dosages should be limited to 500 mg
to 1500 mg per day. Certain amino acids, such as
L-Lysine, have been used at much higher doses for a very
short time (2-3 days) with no ill effects. It is Good 'N
