companies offering products or services. Any email received which offer
products or services will be deemed "unsolicited commercial email" and the
sender will be held responsible for all fines, fees and damages allowed by
law. In addition, the sender of the email agrees to pay House of Vitamins the sum of US$450 per email within 5 days of demand of payment.
Further, the sender agrees that the venue and jurisdiction for any legal
action shall be the County of Orange in the State of California. The
Sender also agrees to pay all legal costs - which include filing fees,
service fees, processing fees, court costs, attorney fees and any other
fee directly or indirectly related to any legal action brought forth by
